location was great

seems the room was not very much prepared, no utensils and had to ask separately before they were provided

Location and easy of check in.

Would like to suggest that though a room is not yet reserved, constant cleaning of floors and furniture.

Pretty good location specially for its price. Except for the breakfast buffet

Location was pretty good. Its near/walking distance to the podium and megamall. Room was really big and there is kitchen and dining space if you need it.

Room was pretty old and there were much amenities. Only shampoo and soap and towels. There were no slippers, shaving tools, etc. there is instant coffee and bottled water though. The breakfast buffet doesn’t seem yo be worth its price

I like the proximity to malls such as Robinsons Galleria.

The room is an old one and need to be refurbished especially the lights.

super good location. spacious room. staffs are accommodating.

the sheet and the towels were too old…not worth it to pay for the extra pillow and blanket (1 item each).. one comfort does not have a bidet.

Very Good

The location is excellent as it is near a couple of shopping malls. the staff are very friendly and efficient. They provided towels quickly when I asked for them. They also send someone quickly to assist with our WiFi connection.

They just need to buy some new towels as their towels are worn out.

Still a good price for its location and comfort it can offer

Location, location, location! It's a min walk to The Podium Mall. My twin boys love having breakfast at the Pancake House - and it's right by the lobby entrance. The hotel is so near Emerald Ave. where my mom & I love to walk around at night.

The rooms are not properly maintained anymore. The phones don't work. The towels need more washing as they are not white anymore.

the staff are very friendly , the pool is great and good location

the property is ageing and small ipis ( cockroach)seem to be everywhere

The room was nice. I liked the rooftop where we spent our New Year's Eve. It was nice to see the city and the fireworks.

I didn't like the bathroom. The floor was dirty. Only half of the glass door of the shower area was there so the floor of the lavatory was always wet. The drain of the sink was clogged that we had to call for maintenance.

Lobby is grand, staff are pleasant and abrupt. Spacious rooms. I like that they put me in a room with a view of the city.

Need to update light fixtures in the room, incomplete kitchen utensils and still need to request from the housekeeping. It would be nice also if slippers and bathrobes are provided.

Needs updating, especially the toilet and baths, towels are very old !

Upgrade the rooms and fix problems encountered by clients

I like how accessible for us to go to malls and different areas in the city

There was a foul smell in the first room which was given to us and 2-3 tiny cocroaches crawling on the floor of the comfort room and walls in the living room. The towels and bed sheets do not look clean. During our second day, we were given a new room and it was nicer and comfortable . However, the internet and TV weren't working. I called and asked for helped from the front desk and they said that they will try to fix it . In the end, we stayed for 2 1/2 days in that room without internet and TV...
